CreatorDash is a private analytics dashboard that helps social media content creators view their own performance metrics from TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram in one place. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

2. Data We Collect

When you connect your social media accounts to CreatorDash, we collect and store the following data from your own accounts only:

From TikTok (via the TikTok API):

• Your display name, profile image, and account identifier
• Your video titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and publish dates
• Your video performance metrics: views, likes, comments, shares, saves, and duration

From YouTube (via the YouTube Data API and YouTube Analytics API):

• Your channel name, profile image, and subscriber count
• Your video titles, descriptions, thumbnails, tags, and publish dates
• Your video performance metrics: views, likes, comments, shares, watch time, average view duration, and subscribers gained
• Your video comments (text, author, timestamp)

From Instagram (via the Instagram Graph API):

• Your account name, profile image, and follower count
• Your post captions, thumbnails, and publish dates
• Your post performance metrics: views, reach, impressions, likes, comments, shares, saves, and follows gained
• Your post comments (text, author, timestamp)

3. Data We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect your passwords. Authentication is handled entirely through each platform's official OAuth system.
• We do not collect data from other users' accounts.
• We do not collect payment information, location data, or device information.

4. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to:

• Display your social media performance metrics in your private dashboard
• Show trends and historical changes in your metrics over time
• Identify high-performing content across platforms
• Surface audience questions from your comments

We do not sell, share, or distribute your data to any third parties.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in a secure database hosted on Supabase. OAuth access tokens are encrypted at rest. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data.

6. Data Retention

We retain your metric snapshots and comments for as long as your account is active, in order to show historical trends. You may request deletion of all your stored data at any time by contacting us.

7. Third-Party Services

CreatorDash accesses your data through the following official platform APIs:

• TikTok for Developers — developers.tiktok.com
• Google YouTube API Services — developers.google.com/youtube
• Meta Instagram Graph API — developers.facebook.com

Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective privacy policies.

8. Your Rights

You may at any time:

• Revoke CreatorDash's access to your accounts through each platform's settings
• Request a copy of all data we have stored about you
• Request deletion of all your stored data

9. Children's Privacy

CreatorDash is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of CreatorDash after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
