1. About CreatorDash

CreatorDash is a private analytics dashboard that allows social media content creators to view their own performance metrics from connected platforms including TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CreatorDash, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use CreatorDash.

3. What CreatorDash Does

CreatorDash connects to your social media accounts through each platform's official API using OAuth authentication. It retrieves your own publicly and privately available performance data (such as video views, likes, shares, saves, and comments) and displays it in a unified dashboard for your personal use.

4. Your Account and Data

You must authorize CreatorDash to access your social media accounts through each platform's official login flow. You may revoke this access at any time through your account settings on each platform (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram).

CreatorDash only accesses data that belongs to your own account. We do not access, collect, or store data from other users' accounts.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use CreatorDash only for viewing and analyzing your own social media performance data. You agree not to:

Attempt to access another user's data through CreatorDash
Use CreatorDash to violate any platform's terms of service
Reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute CreatorDash

6. Data Handling

CreatorDash stores your social media metrics in a private database to display trends and historical performance. Your platform login credentials are never stored — authentication is handled entirely through each platform's official OAuth system.

You may request deletion of your stored data at any time by contacting us.

7. Third-Party Platforms

CreatorDash integrates with TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram through their official APIs. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. CreatorDash is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok, Google, or Meta.

8. Disclaimer

CreatorDash is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, data accuracy, or availability. Platform API changes may affect functionality.

9. Limitation of Liability

CreatorDash and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of CreatorDash after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
